Lakeview Exterior Solutions – Exterior Cleaning Services
By booking a service with Lakeview Exterior Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure clarity, safety, and a smooth experience for both parties.
1. Service Agreement
Upon booking, a service agreement is created between the client (you) and Lakeview Exterior Solutions (us) to perform the selected service(s) at the specified address and time.
2. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Online booking requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by us.

Please provide accurate access details and service instructions.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a $50 fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather or equipment limitations.
4. Service Conditions

We require access to water and electricity for most services.

All pets must be secured and outdoor furniture or obstacles cleared before arrival.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured items.
5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, or online payment via Jobber.

Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee after 7 days.
6. Damage & Liability

We take every precaution to prevent damage. However, we are not liable for:

Loose siding, peeling paint, or damaged surfaces due to pre-existing conditions

Cracks or flaws in concrete or walkways exposed during pressure washing

Water intrusion caused by poor sealing or design

Any damage resulting directly from our negligence will be addressed fairly.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue. After that, the job is considered accepted and complete.
8. Weather Policy
We monitor weather closely. If conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, freezing temps, storms), we will reschedule at the earliest available time.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe or if client behavior is abusive or inappropriate.
10. Photo & Marketing Consent
We may take before/after photos of our work for quality assurance and marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared. Please inform us if you do not consent.
By booking or accepting service from Lakeview Exterior Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
